There is dock space for up to a 40' boat and a 10,000 lb. boat lift. Home is on quiet peninsula neighborhood. Located on the St Lucia River, upstream enough to be a hurricane haven, yet close enough to be in the ocean in short order. You can either go downstream to the ocean, or upstream to Lake Okeechobee. Manatees, fishing and other wildlife are out your window. The dock has water and both 50 amp and 30 amp service The depth at the dock is 7' at it's shallowest and over 12' in the center. There are 65'+ boats and the World HQ of Grand Banks Yachts just upstream a few thousand yards. This summer I am installing a new dock, pool, and a 16,000 lb lift. This property is described as a Key West cottage style - with lots of charm. New bathrooms and kitchen. Two bedrooms with the a queen tempur-pedic mattress and another very good queen mattress in bedroom 2. Leasing terms are from 1 month to a year. Boat storage is $25 per ft. per mo.
