Rough Start, Comfortable Living

What I meant by the title was, it was a rough start when I moved in, but it became a comfortable place to live! When I first moved into this complex, there was a manager hired to run the place who created some serious legal issues for myself and other tenants. The property owner has resolved the issues and since they hired the current manager, things have been great. The units have a parking space as well as guest parking, and are two bedroom, two bath apartments. They have full size washers and dryers and even a jacuzzi bathtub in the main bathroom. Some units have remodeled kitchens with new appliances and flooring. There is a back patio or a green space if you are in a ground unit. The buildings on site are 4-plex units and you only have three neighbors in a building. Next door to the complex is an indoor pool, a playground, basketball court, and community garden. There is a church next door as well on the opposite side of the property line and they have been awesome as well. There is an elementary school, and a middle school within walking distance and there are brand new sidewalks going in literally as I'm writing this review. There is a bus stop right in front with frequent service to downtown or Washington Square Mall, and there are various shopping places to stop at in either direction within 5 minutes of boarding. Another thing I could mention is there is a jogging and hiking trail only a few blocks away. There is a lot to love in my neighborhood and if you choose to move here, I'm pretty sure you will be pleasantly surprised! Commuting is even pretty easy from out this way to just about anywhere in town once you get to know the travel options. I hope my review is helpful and insightful and I'll check back occasionally. No I do not work for the property. If you asked the owner about me, he would probably laugh while looking perturbed. He isn't much of a fan of me. Thanks for reading!

Perfect for families

Our apartment is located in the perfect location, close to 3 schools a church and local shopping! We have a big pool, and the management is so nice and cooperative. The complex is full of families and the neighbors couldn't be any nicer.
