There is street parking, washer/dryer in building and lots of storage available. Rent is $1200 per month. Security deposit is $1200. Pets are welcome with an additional $500 refundable deposit. Water utility is paid for. All other utilities are responsibility of the renter. The apartment is available now and ability to move in quickly is preferred.
