Upon entry, you’re greeted with a newly renovated and well designed kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything you need to make almost any meal. Enjoy breakfast at the bar before heading into your room with a dedicated work space. The work area is stocked with supplies, a wireless printer, desk, and mood setting speaker. Just across the hall you’ll find the recently upgraded bathroom. When you’re ready for a break, lounge on the cozy sofa taking in the gorgeous lake view (the pictures do not do it justice), or sign into the 50 inch smart tv to binge watch your favorite shows. When you’re ready to wind down for the evening, a comfortable queen size mattress is awaiting to take you in for a good night’s rest and the smart TV is ready to go with all your favorite apps. If you’re in the mood, feel free to access the community gym. You can also enjoy a sunny day on the deck which can be accessed via the building’s community room. There is a laundry mat, hair salon, and dry cleaner all located on the property. There are many restaurants nearby available to order on third party platforms. Other nearby attractions include the South Shore Cultural Center and the highly anticipated Obama Library. As far as getting around, rideshare services are typically available within 3 minutes, and access to the #6 bus is steps away from the building (which goes to Hyde Park and Downtown). We are 2-30 minutes from many major hospitals in the South Shore, Hyde Park, and Downtown areas. Note: the building charges a $1,500 non-refundable move-in fee. We have added a $1k move -in fee for the unit in lieu of an additional security deposit. We require a $50 application fee and the building requires a $75 application fee. Tenant Access Tenants have access to the entire unit except the small owner’s hall closet.
