A small, private balcony is off of the living room. Call this private guesthouse your temporary home if you're visiting LA for a long vacation, work, reconnecting with family you haven't seen in a long time. - The guesthouse is on the second floor of the detached, private structure behind the main house. It has bamboo floors throughout, with a cement floor in the bathroom to provide a bit of variation. The full kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and other cookware for use during your stay. It also allows serving service for four. There is a small dining table with accompanying chairs, and a bar area with stools for dining. The living room has a flatscreen, Smart TV which allows you to access all of your streaming subscriptions or tune into live TV programs via Direct TV. The bedroom is large, has ample closet space, and a dedicated desk/workspace with accompanying comfortable desk chair. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING Parking for your car/vehicle is in the alley in front of the gate/guesthouse and there is usually ample street parking nearby, if needed. - There is no washer or dryer in the guesthouse. However, there are numerous laundromats in the area, as well as on-demand/pick up and deliver laundry services. - The guesthouse is well ventilated with many windows. Mini split heat and AC units in the bedroom and living room, ceiling fan located in the bedroom. - Rooftop Patio/balcony is shared with occupants of front house. - Location is central to all that is fantastic about Venice, CA. Apt is a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney and Rose Avenue. Within walking distance to Ralph's and Whole Foods. Near to public transportation.
