The building is new and all facilities are in good condition.
Marquese and Brenna made our move so easy and enjoyable. Their response time to any issue we had was met with amazing service and prompt attention. The two of them deserve big praise and we personally could not be more thankful to have them as our property management at 7403. We also love the advance technology at 7403 making things like, access to the building, rental payments, access to immediate assistance all available at the tip off your fingers. Love living at 7403! The management is super friendly and I love the smell of coffee from the shop downstairs. The gym is awesome and it's a safe secure building. The surrounding neighborhood is great for long walks and is safe.

I don't even live here and I'm giving it 1 star. No one answers when you call and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. If this is what it means to be "professionally managed" I'd hate to see what it'd be like if they were a bunch of amateurs. Might be better, to be fair; at least they'd probably try then.

I would highly suggest not living here. Though the apartments themselves are nice, if you ever have an issue it will not be resolved for a long time. You will have to send several follow up emails in order for them to even respond and then any repair would take months on top of that. (There is a severe lack of communication from management entirely). We have had our washer and dryer break twice and a repair has still not been completely done. It’s been 2 months. We were told 5 minutes before the repair was scheduled that it was going to be cancelled. If you never have a problem with your unit, then this can be a great place to live. However, if you ever have to deal with management in some way that is when you will run into problems. On top of this, the listed prices of the apartments when we were applying were way cheaper than what they actually were. We only found this out once we had submitted our no refundable application fee. Moving in was very stressful as we never had confirmation of our lease being signed by management. We had to email and call many times in order to know whether or not our lease was even signed. There are a lot of tricks that have been played and you should definitely double check the rental price directly with the manager before you submit your application.
This is a really nice community to live in. It’s clean, the staff is nice and we have parking on site! Tons of street parking too for guest!

I initially chose 7403 for the contemporary living space, underground parking and overall sense of security. Unfortunately, the underground parking did more damage (pipes leaking during heavy rain) and I was left to pick up the tab (not the first time) but the second time this happened. I was also assigned a new parking space (that was already occupied) (then finally got another space thankfully) which is why I incurred the damages to my car for the second time. Security is not easily accessible. No one picks up the line and even if you are lucky to get voicemail, no one calls you back after you leave a message). I survived an intruder entering my back patio which has no “surveillance” cameras (while the leasing office does). Bad form! As a woman living on my own this was the most scariest moment of my life. Last but certainly not least, some maintenance issues have been resolved but not one…the bathroom sink, which I have emailed and sent pictures to the leasing office about. I have lived at other apartments who clearly care about resolving residential issues immediately however it seems as if 7403 is more concerned about other things.

I have no complaints. Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and dont plan on moving anytime soon. I and my daughter love here its our home. Everyone is very kind from resident to leasing office maintenance and cleaning crew are very respectful.
7403 has been a truly pleasurable living experience.
7403 was a great place to live! I especially loved the proximity to the coffee shop and post office, but since I moved out, it’s been a nightmare. For 3 months I’ve been battling for the return of my deposit - which they admit they owe me. These days it’s not a great feeling to be out over $700 because a large company refuses to pay their debts. I’m sorry Greystar, I’m not capable of continuing to be your lender, nor do I appreciate the way your staff refuses to address the issue and the rude email sent from your AR department manager, Chris. I’m supposed to return to Los Angeles in October, but will no longer consider going back to any Greystar property.
Everything at 7403 has been amazing. As soon as i moved in it felt like home. Super impressed with how clean it was. There is a secure parking garage and elevators that work, plus the location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and willing to help.
7403 has been an excellent experience. She is populated with friendly neighbors, a wonderful staff, well kept grounds, and state of the art amenities.
This is a great community, its clean, staff is friendly, and the community is nice. Move in here its perfect!
As I have just moved in, everyone at 7403 has been very nice and helpful so far. It is a nice, safe and well maintained building with a really nice community.

I am very happy to have found my new home at 7403. The apartments have beautiful layouts, and the community area is beautiful. I am happy with the communication Ive had with Marina and Ian, the leasing agents, as well as with Robert, the maintenance manager. Marina and Ian have been very knowledgeable about any move in concerns I have asked about. Robert has quickly fixed the few maintenance issues I have had and he does high quality work. I feel like they are good listeners and are honest people. Marina, Ian, and Robert are easy to talk to, I can express my concerns, and I feel taken care of.
