the property management let the dumpster over flow for months. they left a broken washer/dryer in my unit for the first 2 months. and tried charging me for it even though i couldnt use it. and now i have waited 2 months to get my Security deposit back. highly recommend looking elsewhere

I saw the comments below and thought maybe it’ll be better. NOT!!! We moved in Dec. 31st and our nest hasn’t been working until about a week ago and our heat just got fixed yesterday after putting in multiple requests since we moved in. I told them I have very small kids in the house and they were more concerned with the fact I had to pay $12 remaining for rental insurance. The manager is very rude and nasty and doesn’t even try to help work things out. We were sleeping in 50 degree weather for weeks.... I still haven’t received my mailbox key which they just ordered a week ago. Like why? The maintenance man came over and said it would be available today and I called to make sure and yet, still nothing. Wouldn’t even give me a date like how don’t you know? Especially if you ordered it. Our gas bill is going to be extreme which I’m sure we won’t be reimbursed for which is just sad. They only care if you can make the rent. The cracks in our windows and we can constantly feel air coming through which wasn’t pleasant since it was already cold in the house. Our fan above the stove doesn’t work. We were told our admin fee would be waived, we were charged for it and I reached out. It was changed on the documents but still no money back from it. DONT MOVE HERE.
I have been living here since March. When I first moved here it was great ! The property manager was always availible she was amazing !!! In The summer they started uprades on the apartments in which they desperaelty needed ! They installed a nest thermostate in my apartment, ever since then I have been living in HELL !! My Nest is set to 69 all day (I work from home)... Why is my apartment heating up to 88 degrees for 30-45min and only staying on cool 69 for less time than that. I put in multiple request. Now my electric bill is 2x what it was and they could not care at all!! I even talked to upp managment. Other people have the same problems and when one of the nieghbors asked me to sign a petition. I should have jumped on it. Its cheap rent but no worth it.. My tub is currently peeling. So wow..
This place is terrible and they will barely fix things!!! I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all. Mold!!!!!
