We allow quiet dogs, cats, etc. ***See Video Presentation of property and room here***: The Private Room 1: 110 sq ft in size, with shared bath and shared kitchen. 900/room fees + 250/utilities = 1150/mo The Private Room 2: 168 sq ft in size, with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. 1000/room fees + 250/ utilities = 1250/mo The Private Room 3: 195 sq ft in size, with private bath, laundry and shared kitchen. 1300/room fees + 300/utilities = 1600/mo (These prices are based on single occupancy, one year contract, with no pets.)
