It has an a/c, a full kitchen, and a full bath. Ample closet space, city views, and some large furniture pieces and dishes. The building has secured entry and elevators. Convenience store downstairs and resident manager. No pets, no smoking. Electricity and water are included. Looking for a long-term tenant. 1-year minimum. A security deposit of $1350 is due to secure the contract. The first month's rent of $1350 is due upon move-in. Both have to be paid in the form of a cashier's check, money order, cash, or using a cash app, such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
