Located just outside Memphis, with shops and restaurants nearby and downtown only 30 minutes away. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 23 guests, ideal for any occasion! Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside the entryway, the dining room with a large farm table will be to your right and the stairway to your left. Through the entryway, straight ahead, you will enter the living room. In here you will find a large queen sleeper sofa, two comfy armchairs, a large SmartTV, and a desk with an office chair. The beautiful fireplace is unfortunately not operational, but it adds charm to the home. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen connects the living and dining rooms. With plenty of storage for groceries and counter space for food prep, cooking in here will be a breeze. A second dining table in this space provides seating for 4 guests. This home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first floor has one full bathroom, a half bathroom, and two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have a twin over twin bunk bed and a futon, perfect for kids. The additional two full bathrooms and two bedrooms are upstairs. The first room upstairs is huge and has four full-size beds. The next room has two full beds. The last room is the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, futon, large SmartTV, a desk with an office chair, and an ensuite bathroom. The last full bathroom is located upstairs in the hallway, easily accessible to all guests. A screened-in patio with a table and chairs is located just off the living room, allowing you to enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard from the comforts of being inside. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on the east side of Memphis. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. The partner requires a signed rental agreement and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
