Bank statements are required to verify your pay stubs via direct deposit. We do require extensive background and credit check required. All fees are upfront and transparent - $36 background check fee per adult (2- adults maximum in the unit) Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans. Please understand, we love all animals but our insurance requires non-aggressive breeds. First months Rent or Prorated Rent to include security deposit is due immediately.  The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify. Pet Details: Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet (Cat/ Small Dog). Also a $400 Pet Security Deposit is due before move in.
