With a convenient and charming location in the Connecticut River Valley, Lebanon offers an abundantly active lifestyle for residents. Boating, canoeing, and kayaking are favored water sports in Mascoma Lake – and you can hit the diamond or bunny slopes at Storrs Hill Ski. Golfers can enjoy their tee-time at a number of nearby country clubs. Quechee Gorge – dubbed “New England’s Grand Canyon” – attracts visitors with its breathtaking views and hiking trails.
Back in town, the Lebanon Opera House, just north of Colburn Park, puts on excellent stage performances throughout the year. Colorful hot-air balloons are center spotlight at the summer Quechee Balloon Festival. At the Alliance for the Visual Arts, you’ll be in awe by the expansive displays showcasing native artists’ personal creations.
Fine dining establishments and casual eateries are plentiful in Lebanon.

Property Ratings at 75 Bank St
Messaged them to inquire about an apartment and other general questions related to moving in, received a generic response that didn't address anything I asked. Followed up with them with the same questions hoping to get them answered, no one ever responded. To me this is a big indicator of how they'll treat their tenants, would advise anyone thinking of living here to reconsider
The company in charge of leasing these apartments broke my lease agreement 5 days before I was supposed to move in. It was horrible. I would avoid them at all costs.
I have lived here for a little over a year now, in one of the 300sq foot studios. While I think the rent is a bit expensive for what they are, my unit is clean, quiet, the kitchen is updated and I LOVE the huge windows and high ceilings. I would suggest getting an air conditioning unit for the summers as this building gets quite hot. I haven't had many issues as far as maintenance goes, but the one time I requested something, the task was completed the next day. Debbie, the woman who showed the apartment and is the property manager, has been quick to respond to questions, emails, texts, etc. She even left little Christmas gifts on each person's door in the building. The only issue I have with this facility is that sometimes the parking lot can be a mess. During the spring when there are games on the fields in the back, people going to the gym downstairs and the residents, spaces can be hard to find, and there are some potholes in the bottom lot. Additionally, the steps in the back of the building are deteriorating, but no major issues. Overall, I like living here and intend to be here throughout the rest of my time in Hanover. I would recommend living here to others, especially if you like a quiet place that's close to town.
