Property Ratings at 75 Prospect
One Wall Managements only concern is MONEY! If something goes wrong in your apartment be prepared to wait months for repair!! They're staff is uncaring and unprofessional. The owners of this company are the same way. They are money hungry and their only concern is buying up buildings to make money, not the people in them!

The building management is very unorganized. If something goes wrong in your apartment, you have a question about your bill or concern for your safety expect not to hear from anyone for WEEKS. Very unprofessional staff, they do not care about the people living in this building. Very expensive, located in the middle of East Orange & NO security.
