75 West

I have lived here since the middle of 2023, in this time the front gate was broken for about 7 straight months. During this time there were multiple cars broken into including mine. The mail boxes have been broken into. The apartment hallways have never been cleaned since I have been there. I have had my apartment closet flooded twice caused by leaks in then apartments above mine. In 10 months I haven't had a closet for 3 of the months. The repairs are not timely and don't expect to receive help by calling the front office. You have to go into the office to submit your complaints and even then this doesn't expedite the process most times. If you want to live in an apartment that makes you feel respected, choose somewhere else.

Been here for almost 6 months and so far a really great property, I have had a couple small issues but the office and maintenance staff have been great about addressing them in a timely fashion

75 West is conveniently located with excellent management. The townhouses are well designed and offer private garages. As a retired person, I find this a very comfortable community.

I have been living here for 5 years going on six. This is my second apt here. And next year I think I want to upgrade to a town home. My experience here has been nothing but good

We are going into our 5th year at 75 West. Overall our experience has been good. Recently we had an incident regarding a dead tree falling on our vehicle that could’ve been prevented, as we informed the complex the tree was dead, leaning and should be removed. They didn’t remove the tree as requested and sure enough it fell on my car causing thousands in damage. To make it more shady, they removed the tree from my vehicle, didn’t inform me what happened, and we had to come outside and discover our damaged car with the evidence of the tree removed from the scene before we could take pictures for our auto insurance company. No one in the office seemed to have any information on who removed the tree and no explanation as to why they could not be bothered to inform us of the damage and what steps to take. My car insurance took better care of us than the apartment management and I lost a lot of respect for them after this happened. That aside, maintenance has always responded to requests for minor items in our townhome very quickly when needed, and the location is wonderful for us.

I am so excited to live here. The staff is amazing, and they really care about the location. It is really so well kept!

If you're in the market for an apartment with a professional staff and an excellent maintenance team; then look no further than 75 West Apartments.

If you want to live where you are paying too much for substandard amenities, then 75west is terrific. They have a clubhouse which isnt actually accessible unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to access it, unlike other apartments where community amenities are included. They are bad at maintaining the apartments and wont complete service requests, even if you request multiple times. You can find somewhere better to live. Dont settle

I love my place of stay with great people. Everyone in the office is very welcoming, respectful and helpful.

So far I like 75 west ! I feel like rent is way too much to be having soooo many minor problems and the whole packages being stolen deal BUT Im satisfied with being a resident at 75 west ! Staff is friendly! Neighbors are friendly !

Great location! Living next door to work has changed my life. Love Melissa in the office!! She went above & beyond to help make us comfortable in our new home!

I would highly recommend 75 West. The office staff is very professional. If you have a problem, you can count on them getting to the bottom of if. Maintenance is on point. When something break like we all know things will, you can count on maintenance to have it repaired within hours. Overall, it's a great place to live.

Great community to live in with great amenities and very quiet

My whole moving process was made easy by the team, they were helpful and worked with me so I could get everything done in a timely manner. Apartment is great, super spacious and beautiful.

I feel safe in 75 West.My work requires me getting up very late atimes,never had a bad experience.

Pretty bad having an apartment ready regardless of the situation. It shouldnt of been available to lease If it wasnt 100% ready to go

75 West has great maintenance and the management staff is very nice and has been great to me. The townhouses are nice inside, but outside is another story. Ppl do not pick up after their dogs and just throw trash, cigarette butts, etc on the ground. The music and noise level of the neighbors is crazy..... its a daily thing.

Beautiful exteriors but not the best from the inside. Dirty exterior walls, dirty floors, litter on floor, non fixed hallways since the snow storm. I don't see any maintenance in this complex wahtsoever.

I moved in during a very tough time (right after the snow storm) and everything was done and completed despite the chaos the team was dealing with due to the storm. I really appreciate their time and effort to get me moved in and settled on short notice.

I really don't think you want to share my comments - we pay a good amount in rent and the property, as I've stated is in decline - I've almost stumbled over homeless people at night due to the lack of good lighting and several neighbors have told me that they are within the community - they've even had pictures of them sleeping in halls.

I am very pleased and grateful for the professionalism and friendliness of our community. Our team does a wonderful job of promptly communicating with us. I feel safe and satisfied being here. Thank you!

Amazing place to live; a great community and extended family.

So far my experience has been most enjoyable. I was able to get the perfect floor plan, great rate and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

75 West is a beautiful community and its tranquil to be at home. I have nice neighbors, I love my unit, and I love my small yard. Its more than enough for me right now. Yes, its pricey but you pay for what you get and its worth it. In spite of unforeseen complications, Id gladly spend another year here.

75 West is a really good community. The grounds are clean and the staff and maintenance team are Awesome!! Been a resident here for almost 2 years and love it!!

So far my problems at 75 west have been minimal. For the most part its quiet and in enjoy living here.

Ive live at 75 west for about 8 months now. I absolutely love it here I wouldnt change it for the world my apartment is super comfy. Beautiful floor plan 3 bed 3 baths lots of space. Its an amazing apartment. There really isnt anything I can say bad about my apartment I love it .

One of the best apartments I've ever lived at. Very centralized location and close to everything. The gym has all the equipment I need and it is very spacious. The clubhouse is big enough for a big family gathering or event. Love my Pool View!

After getting the kids raised I sold the house, downsized and I have lived in a few apartments since. By far the most amazing experience I have had is at 75 West. We have many long term residents, the people here are truly some of what I consider “extended family”. The management and staff are some of the finest professionals and truly love their jobs. The maintenance staff are the most proactive and friendliness facilities crew around. The apartments are well kept, safe, and the value is amazing. Truly my home. Plan on being here a long time. If you are ready to be treated like a customer and family and not just another tenant, this is your home. Keep up the great work 75 West, you truly have set the bar high.

I have enjoyed my residence at 75 West. The people in the front office are courteous, kind and professional. The maintenance technicians are excellent!

75 West is nice. It is located close to a lot and not to far from anything. My wife and I feel safe living here. Staff is friendly with a strong community vibe.

Staff and Maintenance Staff are very nice and accommodating. Townhouses are very nice. They do need some TLC with cleaning (powerwashing) and groundcover for the rent prices.

My experience moving in was rocky. It was a bit covered up until I received my keys. The community is quiet at times but it's dressed up as something it's not. Very over priced for the amount everyone is paying to not have daily valet trash, incomplete work orders and no upgrades in units

Safe, secure, amazing residents, nice environment and the staff is the best I have ever experienced.

I experienced a disruption of service with my air conditioner. This matter was attended to by the maintenance department within a couple of hours. It gets hot in Texas and I appreciate this quality of service.

Honestly what makes a great experience is the customer service, the way they take care of people also reflects on the community and its well keeping. April went above and beyond for me, secured everything for me! April and Michelle are the sweetest , their customer service is amazing. If they are not already recognized i believe they deserve to be so!

It's so convenient to everything in Dallas, great location, I feel safe living here, they have many floor plans to accommodate everyones needs. And I like being surrounded by a diverse population. Everyone lives here.

Dont rent here if you are bothered my marijuana smell from neighbors in the ventilation.
