Immerse yourself in the allure of this meticulously restored 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, where every corner exudes vintage charm, complemented by unbeatable views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a private courtyard, while the other rooms share a spacious bathroom. For the culinary at heart, the retro-inspired gourmet kitchen is a delight, equipped to prepare sumptuous meals or set up a buffet. Dine indoors at the vintage kitchen island or marble table, or embrace alfresco dining at the 10-seater concrete table. Indulge in morning coffee with the Jura machine or savor a cocktail from the custom wet bar adorned with vintage glassware. While Palm Springs tempts with outdoor adventures, the cozy living room invites you to unwind indoors. Lounge on the sectional, immerse in vinyl tunes, and enjoy quality time with family over games and puzzles. There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This service is an additional $99.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required. One dog is allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay. No cats allowed. This home is set in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, surrounded by other vintage Alexander homes, in a quiet and clean residential area. Victoria Park, perfect for children, is just two blocks away. Downtown Palm Springs and the Agua Caliente Casino are less than five minutes by car. The house is about 10 minutes away from the airport. Uber and Lyft are affordable and convenient ways to get around the area. Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting our house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
