The house is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Carpet and vinyl floors. The backyard has a patio with Olympic mountain view! Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care: mowing, edging, and weeding. Tenants must have their own yard equipment and have the time to keep the yard looking nice, or be willing to pay a professional landscaper to take care of it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease.
