About This Home
FULLY FURNISHED AND ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! Beautiful Little Homestead is set on over 3 acres of open and wooded land with lots of privacy and conveniently located in beautiful Albemarle County, very close to everything that the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle area has to offer. The offered residence is on the second floor of our detached Carriage House. There is only one electric car parked in the garage, which is only used 1-2x/week (no constant garage door and car noise!) Very quiet and privat, suitable for shift workers. I hope the pictures are helpful, showing the rural setting. The place has its own private deck overlooking the field and woods with new gas BBQ grill and deck furniture. Our property has several outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. We are only minutes from town (10 minutes to Trader Joe’s and lots of shopping and entertainment). Our place is set away from our country road and has a country vibe. We lovingly designed and built this place and finished it in the spring of 2023. Everything in it is brand new and of high-quality. The apartment has a second bedroom with a pullout sleeper couch for short term visitors (see photos).
754 Woodlands Rd is a house located in Albemarle County and the 22901 ZIP Code.

Situated at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia, Charlottesville is a fiercely modern city with a reverence for the past. Two United States presidents called Charlottesville home, Thomas Jefferson and James Monroe. Thomas Jefferson designed Monticello and the University of Virginia, both of which are now UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Adjacent to Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello is James Monroe’s Ash Lawn-Highland, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Charlottesville also houses the largest collection of Aboriginal art outside of Australia, the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection at the University of Virginia. The Jefferson Theater, the Paramount Theater, and a number of music venues in the downtown area host regular performances in Charlottesville, adding to the rich arts and cultural scene.
