Property Ratings at 755 North
TL;DR: The absolute WORST rental experience of my life. I am paying $5,598 to get out of my lease. That’s how bad it is! I moved in several months ago from a different apartment complex on the Beltline, and here’s a summary of my experience. -Refrigerator consistently not working. They keep "fixing" it, but the bandaid lasts 1-2 weeks. My food is constantly going bad, and they do not consider this urgent. -Missing packages -Car break-ins -Homeless people routinely camp out on-site -Rude and unresponsive management (but they'll be SO nice until you move in) -Key fobs that work only intermittently -MANY dogs off the leash in the complex. -After all of this, they still won’t let me out of my lease without paying the huge penalty. There are much better complexes on the Beltline. I urge you to keep looking!
I live at 755 North in Atlanta on the beltline. The location offers a desirable neighborhood on the Atlanta beltline so it is easy to walk to great food and spirits. The apartments are new and offer outstanding city views. There is always something to do along the beltline and this apartment offers a great way to experience it all.
the place is great. location is super convenient and you are walking distance to many places thanks to being right off the beltline. the staff is super helpful and they are available 7 days a wek. parking can get a bit tricky sometimes for visitors especially on weekends. It also gets loud outside at night on weekends if you live in the apartments facing summerset ln.
