(no beds) Pets are allowed, but not preferred. Pets destroy carpets and patio screens, and leave behind hair. If you're willing to be responsible for cleanup and property damage, then your pets are welcome. * Access to Waterset amenities requires Waterset HOA to approve your lease along with a $50 application processing fee (covered by the "move-in fee). Each lessee over the age of 14 is eligible to receive a security card to access the amenities, but Waterset charges $10 per card, payable by credit card at the time the card is issued. Everyone issued an amenity card will be expected to follow the amenity rules: Examples of Waterset amenity rules include: > be courteous (i.e. don't play loud music at the community pools) > obey amenity hours - use assigned security badge for entrance > fitness centers are for Waterset members only (no guests) > pool amenities allow a limited number of guests per family.
