Love living here , the amenities and location make it the ideal place in Central Park. The staff , from the office to the maintenance department are very accommodating.

So far my residence experience is great. I really enjoy my apartment. I have a great view.. And everyone is really nice. I wish I had more storage.

I am happy in the apartment, nice, comfortable, the area is very quiet, but I do not agree that some residents take their dogs out to do their business and do not pick up their excrement in the mailbox area, playground and common areas. This is really unpleasant, in my case every day when I go out I have to see it at the entrance to my patio. I would suggest calling their attention to maintain a clean environment.

I previously lived at botanica years ago and I did not have the best experience. I just moved back in July and I am blown away at the improvements they have made! I don’t know if the management changed but regardless, I’m impressed. The staff in the leasing office are so kind every time I stop in. My service dog loves visiting the office! I do wish the washer and dryer were bigger. I cannot wash my bedding in it because it doesn’t fit and the same issue with the dryer. I run the dryer no less than 5 times trying to get my comforter dry. It also doesn’t really remove my dogs hair. I have to take it to a nearby laundromat once a week.

I love the apartment layout, location, and neighbors. Overall the management is better than most places. Maintenance is pretty timely but doesn’t always do quality work. Also have had so many bikes stolen, not just mine but several people around the complex have, most of the bikes were chained up either in the garages or the main entrance of the buildings and management didn’t seem to care at all.

Maintenance and security needs to be improved. Poor follow up on maintenance tickets and poor workman ship on completed jobs. Really a tough game to get "things done" with front office.

Almost all the external door lights in the 3rd floor are still blinking. It’s now been over a year and nothing had been done. 3rd floor parking garage is completely full of dumped trash on west side. Gross for the price we pay here.

Absolutely love living here! All staff are so friendly and are always so willing to help and are so attentive to all questions and concerns I have.

Stay far far away from these apartments complex. Still can’t even talk with management. I would stay far far away they will just make you made

I love the community events they do and the activities that are being organized. I would still put more focus on maintaining and securing the building.

The property staff do there best to make sure that we feel very comfortable in our home by providing quick easy service a few days ago we where having issues with our heat but thanks maintenance team they where able to fix the problem right away that’s what I like quick and fast service ever since then we have had no problems

I like my space because it is spacious and comfortable! The location is perfect for work and play! A few things here and there could use some updating with the inside of the apartment and amenities, but overall, it is what I need right now!

I have been here for a little over a year… just renewed my lease in October for my second year. No issues since I’ve moved in. Leasing office is nice when I need help. Some maintenance guys are nicer than others. Overall, lovely place to live.

I've been here almost 4 years and every year the team just gets better. I love the neighborhood and hope to be here for a long time. Straight area to live every area has its good and bad

Love the location, and with the giant windows, you can really get a festive view of the Christmas lights in the park downstairs. The closets and bathrooms are huge. It's a very quiet building with friendly neighbors.

I love the location and easy access to grocery shopping and the rest the city. My apartment is comfortable. A lot of the neighbors have pets and so you meet folks out walking their dogs. I'm adjusting from a house to an apartment so getting used to the sounds and people nearby. It's a nice neighborhood.

The location is great, but the security is lacking. Easy access to grocery stores, public transportation and other basic needs, but the building has very little security and the exterior doors do not work properly despite repeated calls to management. Seems to be a lot of turn over in management. I recommend the location but not the management company.

Love The Town Center community, such as restaurants, surrounding stores and parks. The monthly resident activities are also really fun & great way to meet the neighbors. One other thing I really enjoyed was the fresh market, so I’m looking forward to that season.

It's ok. It takes forever to get anything fixed, even if it was their fault - a leak, carpet, etc. The door to the building has been unlocked for months, yet they send out emails about renters not having parking passes displayed. It makes no sense. I just submitted a ticket that my heat is not working (weekend of a snow storm) and I really hope that they respond.

the neighborhood is great. it will be awesome if the staff could attend us quickly rather than making us wait. and also if we could catch a hold of them over calls or emails. they never get returned. packages go missing easily

It has been a great experience in the apartment complex so far. The discount that is allotted to the residents when shopping at neighborhood markets is impressive.

I appreciate all the events and now local businesses discounts that were implemented recently. Great location and staff services have improved.

No AC for a month, issues with shower after move in, no electricity for several days, no heat for 2 days. Dated finishes. Location is convenient.

It’s nice and quiet I appreciate how fast maintenance is on top of things and it’s overall a nice area to live in. Neighborhood seems very nice and clean and they keep up on the outside work as well.

Building management is ineffective and incompetent. Maintenance requests placed online are not responded, even one week later. One must stop by office repeatedly to remind about work orders, need to call emergency line to get things done!!

I enjoy living here, going on almost two years and it has been a good experience. The community is welcoming, my son and I feel safe. My heat wasn't working the first cold snap of the year. I called emergency maintenance and Charles responded in a timely manor. My issue was resolved within 48 hours. No complaints!

I have had an amazing time living here . I Love the people and the seasonal activiries on the green. Especially the Farmers market and the movies on the green. My Husband and I make that a date night. Definitely my favorite of all tje places I jave personally lived in Colorado

The 1st we moved in we fell in love with how everything was and the staff dose an amazing job answering all our questions moving to 7575 town center was the best thing we did

Great place to stay. Nice luxurious apartments. The rent is a little outrageous, but it’s worth it compared to other apartment complexes I’ve visited.

My stay so far as a resident of Towncenter has been great. The neighbours are friendly, and the amenities are in great condition. The maintenance time, however, can be better.

The overall Communication is awful and maintenance requests are extremely slow. I’ve been waiting 3 months for one request to be fulfilling.

The Agents are not the friendliest, or the most knowledgeable. beautiful apartment, however it’s the outside that is a bit of a problem. You have to be careful you might take the wrong step and end up with disgusting smelling water all over your foot and leg.

Love living here, quiet and close to Aurora and Denver. Some things need repairs shortly after moving in, also need a change for the door locks!

After 2 months we are still waiting on repairs from a major leak. All of the bottom floor looks like a run down shack and I would never have leased here if it looked like this when I toured. We're getting ants because the neighbors leave their trash in the hallway without bins. The door to the building has been broken into 4 times in the six months I've lived here.

When is good, it's great! I don't have too many issues these days as I did when new management first took over. I gave a 3 because our front door call box has never been fixed or changed out. If you come in the front door, it stays open for an extended amount of time making it less secure. Also the gates to the under parking keeps being broken and the people that work in the buildings next to us continue to park there, leaving residents unable to park there or having to park out of the way. Other than that, things seem to have gotten better. I hope it stays this way.

I have seen improvements the last few months, such as more monthly events and faster maintenance services, however the security of the building is still a concern and people’s cars keep getting broken into. I hope you put an effort to resolve this.

It's ok...I enjoy the area more than anything. Management seems to be much better than last year. As a tenant I really try to not be a bother to the maintenance.
