Property Ratings at 758 Clarkson
I have lived here for 2yrs now and it is a disaster. The heat has gone out in the winter time, more times than i can count on two hands. The hot water goes with it. There used to be full sized laundry machines downstairs so we can do bed sheets and towels, but now we have to wash every bulk item one by one and it takes about 6-8hrs per load. Oh, and the dryer makes your towels feel like sandpaper. They say they will get full sized laundry back, but it's been 4mo. AND we've had multiple burglary occurrences, and if that's not enough to deter you, your packaged will 85% of the time get stolen (100% of the time around Christmas) and they refuse to put cameras on the property. You pay way too much for sloppy and lazy management. Don't do it.
