Built in dining room cabinetry, W/D in unit (tenant to maintain), carport storage closet and space for 2 cars to park. There is plenty of space to enjoy nature in the back patio, even space to do your own gardening. Small fence to delineate your yard from the commons behind. Owner pays for HOA dues which cover maintenance of common areas. Tenant to pay for electric only. Pets reviewed on a case by case basis. Small dog/cat only. Must be fixed, adult and friendly. If approved, there will be a $25-50 increase in rent. Application fee is $50 per adult, and $135 leasing-locks-technology fee. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
