Oak Park/Northwood is a traditional subdivision, complete with grid streets and homes dating back to the 1960s. Because it is an established neighborhood, giant oak trees enhance the landscape and offer shady streets and sidewalks to residents. Residents enjoy easy, fast commutes with Downtown San Antonio just 10 miles south. Other destinations directly south of Oak Park/Northwood include Fort Sam Houston Joint Base San Antonio, the University of the Incarnate Word, and the San Antonio Zoo.
Head northwest to the San Antonio International Airport and the North Star Mall. McAllister Park, also directly north of the neighborhood, features hiking trails, ball fields, and a dog park. While Oak Park/Northwood is mostly residential, you’ll find an H-E-B, Starbucks, and other businesses along Nacogdoches Road. More shopping is located just outside the neighborhood along Basse Road, including the very popular Torchy’s Tacos.

Beside the great location, everything else is just like any other apartment, loud noises, missing packages, rude staffs, and a lot of dog poops/smelly surroundings. It is just like any other apartment in town, but very accessible to grocery and airport.

Just moved in but the gym is great and the ultra high ceilings make the place. Everyone is very friendly and once construction is completed on other part of building will be very calm and easy living.

Chose these apartments as they are in the #1 rated neighborhood in San Antonio. I also so love the amenities, covered and gated resident parking, resident events (cooking classes, wine tasting, themed food tastings, etc.) coffee/latte station, and library would be the top ones for me.

We have just about settled in and are loving our apartment, and all the friendly people here! Our sunset views are amazing! The concierge folks have gone above and beyond for us and the management team are also wonderful. They all have made us feel welcome and treat us like family. I can't see how we could ever move out of here. Love, love, love everything! We recently attended the "Tapas Tuesday" and the chef prepared some delightful small bites and paired it with a delicious cocktail. We got to meet some nice folks that were also fairly new to 7600. We're already looking forward to the next one.

7600 Broadway is the quintessential luxury residence in San Antonio, Texas! Embrey has thought of every detail to perfection. The units are so well insulated; I never hear anything; so ambient noise whatsoever. The finish out on the interior is done with the finest of materials. I cannot see myself living anywhere else period!
