The neighborhood is home to many full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Guests must present an RFID card to access the resort amenities. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, it is not advised to use the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
