Security/damage deposit is $1,150 and required at lease signing. Two person maximum occupancy. Applicants' gross monthly income must equal approximately two times or more the monthly rent. Criminal background check required. Credit history required. Must agree to abide by HOA policies. Two pet limit. Breed restrictions apply. Pet rent $75 per pet per month. Must have proof of flea and tick medication for pets. Absolutely no smoking. Parking in lot available for up to two vehicles. There is a $50 per vehicle parking fee.
