While the units themselves and amenities are nice, this complex has a serious issue with trash. The entryway to my building reeks of rotting garbage on a regular basis and attracts swarms of flies and gnats that you have to walk through. When I moved in there were tons of fruit flies in my never-been-lived-in apartment due to the trash issue and I had to go to Lowe’s myself to get stuff to deal with them. I also get wafts of gross smells in my apartment itself frequently. This isn’t something anyone should have to deal with at this price-point in a supposedly “luxury” building.

Application process: Easy online understanding and staff is always on top of it with you. They guide you every step and always try to make it easier for you. Touring: Lovely place as you walk in, any of them I’m sure are super friendly . I got to tour with BRANDON and he was very professional. You have the choice to tour everything and all floor plans which is awesome if you’re open to 1,2,or3 bedrooms. Complex: BEAUTIFUL ! Everything is obviously brand new and has all stainless steel appliances .
