The pool area is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sun while still being very private with an oversized lot, fence, and hedges all around. The downstairs master retreat is spacious and offers access to the pool and its own private bathroom. The garage has been turned into a game room with PacMan, air hockey, foosball, and skee ball. Upstairs, you will find a loft with a pool table and TV. Seven more bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests. The private swimming pool and spillover spa are perfect for enjoying the warm Florida weather and relaxing on the pool deck after long days at the theme parks. Pool spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Please arrange prior to arrival for better service. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested before 5 pm on the day of arrival. If you need to outsource a propane/gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 4 to 5 cars, and overflow parking is available down the road about 250 feet away. Enjoy being minutes away from three golf courses and in the heart of attractions, shopping, dining, and more. Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a 5-minute drive, ChampionsGate Golf Club is 8 minutes away, and Reunion Resort Golf Course is 9 minutes away.
