Bedding and towels also included upon request. Laundry on site. Shared multi level deck and meadow with season creek in the center of the property. The living unit doesn't share walls with any other unit. A couple humans also live on the property as your neighbors. We're friendly and neighborly, ready to pitch a hand in to help or say hello. There's also 1 collie dog and a hummingbird family on the property. Neither get along well with other animals on the property but are good with people :) 3 month lease and then month to month after that. One parking spot is provided in front of the garage and then overflow parking is available on the property. We have septic limitations and are restricted to single occupancy. No cigarette smoking. Weed is allowed outside the unit. $100 flat fee for utilities. Background check with $40 application fee required unless you've done one on this site already and can share it.
