There's also 1 collie dog and a hummingbird family on the property. Neither get along well with other animals on the property but are good with people :) 3 month lease and then month to month after that. One parking spot is provided in front of the garage and then overflow parking is available on the property. We have septic limitations and are restricted to single occupancy. No cigarette smoking.
