NOTICE SNOW COVERED WALKWAY
Obviously, no one bothers with snow removal. Not a good sign. Is the least of trouble with problematic 8-unit rental. Irresponsible management seems to follow inexperienced owner orders to do nothing but collect rent. Does not answer phone or answer tenant requests. After 1 year of unreturned phone calls and written maintenance requests, moved nicer place with on site resident manager that's as convenient and costs a bit less. Moving twice in a single year is an expensive nightmare. Wish I had seen reviews.

NEGECTED BY OWNER
Three owners in five years, each worse than the last. Most recently, sold following foreclosure. Owner couldn't pay mortgage and paid so little attention to the property that it became mostly vacant. Of three identical buildings, side by side, on Cooke Drive, this one is the worst. A few units were cleaned up on the cheap while the rest are in desperate need of basic repairs. A dump.
