For the outdoor enthusiasts, we are 5-9 minutes from the Highlands Outpost, Highlands aerial park, and the Bartram trail, where you can experience the Scaly Mountain Screamer rollercoaster, Extreme Tubing Slide, Gem Mine, winter snow sledding , trout fishing, zip lining, terrific hiking, and RTV tours. At 4000 foot elevation, Sunset ridge at Scaly Mountain is a great place to escape to a new climate, do some great hiking, and take in all that the highlands plateau has to offer! Available as a monthly rental (3-6 months). 9.75 % taxes apply for rentals under 3 months. There is a one time cleaning/admin fee of $350. Refundable Security Deposit is $4000. If leasing short term the owner pays for Starlink wiFi, phone land line, water, and direct TV satellite. Gas and Power Utilities up to $300 per mo are also included.
