Gardener included for front yard. This home is in a great quiet hilltop neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, freeway, shopping. Will consider one small dog with additional pet deposit. This is a month to month contract with rent at $3100 and deposit $3100 (both to be paid in full by the time you move in, second month will be prorated as needed) No smoking allowed inside the building.
