Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, cups, plates, wine glasses, cooking utensils, blender and much more. High Speed internet. Owner pays - Water, sewer, internet, TV, garbage. Renter pays - electricity/gas Self Check in / No-contact check in services. Rigorous cleaning standards applied between each renter. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Easy free-way access (I-10 Interstate). 10 minutes to Costco, Fry's grocery, Safeway and Walmart. On site at Voyager Resort is a beauty shop/barber shop, Fat Willy's bar/restaurant, post office and small convenience store. Park Model with Arizona room made into a master suite with 1/2 bath. 50 inch smart TV and love seat in Master. Gas grill. Main Bath has shower/tub. Small bedroom can be 2nd bedroom or office. Large living room with flat screen smart TV and leather sofa. Tons of storage and closet space.
