The indoor pool is serviced with the highest quality and care, cleaned weekly by a professional and licensed pool company. The home is professionally managed with a 24-hour emergency number and onsite staff. Guests can enjoy additional services such as a mid-stay clean for $320 plus tax, BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. Pool heating is unavailable from June to August. All guests staying at Solterra Resort must pay a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to enjoy the amenities throughout their stay. The fee is charged per house per reservation and grants access to the resort's amenities. The fee is $35 for 1-12 guests and $45 for 13+ guests. Located within the Solterra Resort, community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, water slide, lazy river, planned activities, gym, and playground. The Disney Parks are just 10-15 miles away, making it an ideal location for family fun. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. A valid driver's license is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction without refund. Parties and events are not permitted, and violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund. No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Late check-outs are not allowed as door codes deactivate at 10 am. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. This property does not allow pets, and if an unauthorized pet is discovered, an additional non-refundable fee of $500 will be levied. The heaters are programmed to maintain a temperature of 86°F, but if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will automatically shut off until conditions improve.
