Our 1,500 square foot FULLY FURNISHED elevated home provides everything you will need to enjoy your getaway to Charleston's hidden gem, James Island. After entering through the keypad entrance, you will find a first floor that includes a spacious living/entertaining room, half bathroom, dining room, and fully functional kitchen. The living room features comfortable furniture, a 48" television with Apple TV, ceiling fan, and a NEST thermostat. The dining area has four chairs with additional room at the kitchen bar to enjoy meals. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessities to complete meals and cocktails. Beyond the kitchen is a 120 square foot screened porch. Evening is a perfect time to enjoy the outdoor lights and sounds of a water fountain. The spacious backyard is beautifully landscaped with flowers and fully-grown palm trees. The courtyard seating area is a great place to enjoy the evening Charleston weather. The second floor includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and separately controlled NEST thermostat. The beautifully decorated master includes a queen bed with luxury sheets, end tables, 32" TV, sitting area, and a private full bath with a shower/garden tub. There is enough storage to unpack and provides a move-in feel. The second bedroom with another queen bed includes end tables, closet with dresser, and ceiling fan. The third cozy bedroom has two twin beds, closet with dresser, and nightstand. The second full bathroom includes a shower/tub and single vanity. Our home is located across the street from a full service grocery store and Starbucks. In addition, James Island has a wide variety of restaurants and bars and our own James Island County Park that includes miles of nature trails along the marsh and family fun water park. Drive, Uber or Lyft to our own Folly Beach or explore Mount Pleasant's Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches. Our neighboring Johns Island is the gateway to three attractions: Kiawah Island, Charleston Tea Plantation and FireFly Sweet Tea Vodka distillery, and the 1,100 year old Angel Oak Tree. Finally, in less than a ten minute ride, you will be in Historical Downtown Charleston, which offers King St. Shopping, Restaurants, Cocktail Clubs, Breweries, Dancing, Carriage Tours, Old City Jail, Art Galleries, Museums. Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Charleston and its gorgeous islands have to offer.
