Ideal for a couple that does not want to be cramped in a tiny, boring apartment with neighbors on all sides). This luxury condo has a contemporary loft design, you're sure to love it when you come view it in person. Guarantee it will be the most unique condo tour you've ever been on. Last time this condo was up for rent, it rented out on the first weekend we showed it so please don't drag your feet on coming to see it. Short walk to the Silver Spring metro and much more. This condo is in a unique mixed commercial & residential building, has its own separate entrance/exit and no direct neighbors. As mentioned, we think it's perfect for a couple to move in, open the 2nd bedroom French doors and enjoy the open concept 1,000 square feet of living space. I'll be uploading some additional pictures in the coming days that will show what it looks like with furniture. When we purchased the condo 8+ years ago, we wanted to be as close to Downtown Silver Spring as possible but were tired of all the drawbacks of condo life . this condo eliminates a lot of those negatives! Designed by an architect to be a luxury condo with a massive double vanity bathroom, tall 12-foot+ exposed ceilings, hardwood floors, natural stone floors in kitchen, 2 separate entrances, in-unit laundry, no neighbors/noise complaints, plenty of room/storage space, keyless entry and yet only a few blocks from the Silver Spring Metro and everything DTSS has to offer. This condo is a unique, peaceful haven in Downtown Silver Spring. (We were forced to move out because baby #2 was on the way and we needed the extra space ) Target Move-In Date: Dec 1 Please message to set up a tour.
