I loved the 7seventy7 when I first moved into the community and two years later I still love the community. The staff is still extrenely helpful and pleasant, amentities are still up to par, the events that are done for the residents are great and the apartment still screams luxury. 7Seventy7 is still the place in Milwaukee to be for fine downtown living

Great amenities, friendly staff. Workout room is fantastic—full of weights and a separate Peloton room with free account. Very convenient dog run in 9th floor that is kept clean every day.

The view from 777 is spectacular, but the building's proximity to the lake is even better! Anything you'd care to do is just a short walk or bike ride away. But coming back is just as special. The property's communal areas are immaculate, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it's super secure. I feel safe and utterly at home when there--and I love seeing everyone's dogs! The modern kitchen and spa-like bath are a dream. It's a wonder I'd ever leave--but again, THE LAKE IS RIGHT THERE.

We have lived at the 7Seventy7 for over five years and have really enjoyed our time here. The staff is very friendly, their are multiple amenities we use all the time, the neighborhood is great with many exceptional restaurants nearby including Lupi & Iris just off the lobby.

I love the community, building is superb, the monthly events are fab, and neighbors are great! The rental increases annually are WAY too much - more than any other high-end property group I've lived at in town. It feels as though they only want you there for 2 years max - then it's preferred you move out to make more money on the unit. Residents all talk about the issue. Outside of that, the apartments themselves are small but lovely. The day-to-day staff is professional and so welcoming. They arrange really nice resident events & fun experiences. Top Notch on all of those items!! The only issue that many residents have is with management. I too have felt comments are cruel at times from the manager & rental increases are HIGH. It's nearly impossible year after year and it feels like that's their goal - to turn apartments - not to keep good tenants. Many people move out WAY before they'd like to due to those reasons when they'd like to stay.

I went into a tour to check the beautiful building they considered Karina was so awesome polite, professional, well caring person that had me think about a couple times to move back to Milwaukee. The building it’s a real beautiful place but I’m still busy with my job that will not let me go and stay in Milwaukee. Well centric spacious apartments parking security and amenities are a plus .

Everyone that works here is really great. The amenities are like a 5 star hotel and they have pretty much thought of everything residents want. The building is kept very clean and maintenance requests are worked on promptly. 100% suggest this building to reside in.

Love my apartment. Love the resident events. Major complaints about the oversight of large scale building maintenance and closing down the pool and grill areas for late summer and fall. Hate how management treats long-term residents in something so simple as respecting us, our past history, and not treating us as adults nor realizing we are responsible and pay our bills on time and have our financial and insurance needs fully covered. I've been here 5 months now and while I love my apartment, I'm concerned about how many issues have come up in such a short period of time. My power has gone out randomly twice (there was no weather that caused a large power outage across the city), my internet has never been the same since the first power outage even with a technician coming out and a new gateway unit, the water has been shut off, the hot water went out, the 9th floor outdoor area was closed prematurely due to needed building repairs, and my front door is not latching properly again even after having it "fixed". My apartment itself is quite lovely. Nice appliances and fixtures, gorgeous views of the lake and the city, and the staff here is wonderful. I'm just concerned about what other issues will happen as we move into the colder months of the year.

This is a beautiful and clean complex that I’ve been to multiple times. Everyone was very helpful and the amenities were beautiful. I used the guest suite that was able to be rented by residents and love it. It had everything I needed and is perfect for visitors from out of town!

Seriously, this is the nicest building to live at in Milwaukee. The views are to die for. The management treats its residents like a 5-star resort would. Highly recommend.

7Seventy7 has created a culture that is second to none in Luxury Downtown Apartment living. No snow removal, no grass cutting, no honey-do list, no one showing up unannounced without checking in with the concierge', no worrying about gorgeous holiday decor, no worrying about pool maintenance, no worrying about a gym membership, no worrying about the best table at my nearest coffee shop with wi-fi, you get my drift, worry-free living but huge on the customer service and community. We Love It Here!!

7seventy7 is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The amenities are amazing. My unit is stunning and spacious. Kind of bummed that the 9th floor deck is closed for repair right when I moved in with no reopening date in sight. The gym isn't huge but has everything you may need. I love the patio on the 35th, the view is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't ever want to move again.

I am writing this as I am about to enter my third year at 7Seventy7. I moved in here as a temporary measure and now cannot imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are quiet and beautiful, the building amenities are best-in-class, but what truly makes this a community are the tremendous 7Seventy7 Team members. (I can’t bring myself to call them “staff”.) While the entire Team is top notch, I want to shine a light on the Resident Experience Associates. They are on the “front lines” and I watch them day in and day out address every type of concern that arises — all with kindness and the utmost level of professionalism. Special recognition goes to Karina. She starts my every weekday morning with a big smile, a shared laugh or whatever I happen to need that day. Our community at 7Seventy7 is lucky to have Karina on the Team!

Moving from a large east coast city, this building and its most responsive staff were quick to make us feel at home. The amenities are tough to beat as is its location. Almost bi weekly resident events are conducive to meeting people. While we looked at other luxury buildings in the city, this one surpasses the others by far.

I have lived in the building for a year now and it has been an amazing experience. The entire staff are extremely friendly and really get to know you. The amenities are top notch. The views with floor to ceiling windows are awesome. I had high expectations and they exceeded them.
