Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Due to the City Ordinance, AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th. Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation, with early check-in and late check-out options available for a fee. Be aware that you may encounter homeless individuals nearby, and a copy of your ID is required after booking. This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
