About This Property
Welcome to Broadway Terrace, a stunning loft in the iconic Tower 270 located in Tribeca. This luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner residence offers breathtaking views of Tribeca and the Hudson River from its private 700-square-foot terrace. With 1,729 square feet of interior space, 10’4” ceilings, and over 20 oversized windows, the apartment is flooded with natural light from the south, west, and north exposures. The spacious primary suite features seven windows, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite windowed bathroom, while the second bedroom provides terrace access and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and the convenience of an in-unit LG washer and dryer adds to the appeal. Residents enjoy access to a fitness center with a Peloton bike, 24/7 doorman and concierge services, a bike room, a playroom, and a landscaped roof deck with panoramic views. The apartment is designed for luxury living with professionally curated furnishings and access to premium amenities. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax in style with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service. Located in the hip area of Tribeca, known for its old industrial buildings now turned into residential loft spaces, the neighborhood features cobblestone streets lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants. Historic commercial buildings, such as the red-brick New York Mercantile Exchange edifice from 1884, add to the charm. Weekends are quiet, with Washington Market Park and Hudson River Park drawing families. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place here every spring. The property is currently in the design phase, and the photos shown are indicative of the layout but not the final designs. Elevator access and a full-time doorman ensure convenience and security. Upon arrival, you will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. The apartment is remote work-friendly, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair where available. A laptop computer is not included.

Zoned in the shape of a trapezoid, Tribeca means “Triangle Below Canal Street,” and is known for its industrial warehouses that have been renovated as sophisticated lofts (and happen to be popular with many celebrities). Full of world-class dining and retail, the neighborhood is ultra-chic, containing an array of luxury, waterfront apartments available for rent.
Tribeca is known for being an elegant escape from the bustle of city life. In addition to its tree-lined streets and lush landscaping, Tribeca draws many families for its close proximity to Hudson Park and many award-winning public schools.
If you enjoy being able to get what you want when you want it, then you’ll be glad to know that Tribeca shops, eateries, and bars are open even later than most in the rest of Manhattan. However, you won’t find a crazy nightlife scene. Late nights in Tribeca tend to be more low-key.
The neighborhood hosts the famous Tribeca Film Festival every year.
