We enjoyed the convenience of two large grocery stores, Star Market and Super 88 (also known as Hong Kong Supermarket). There are many dining options within 10-min walking distance. The MBTA green line (B) Packard's Corner station is only one block away. Heat and Hot water included. This building has an elevator that is recently updated. Coin-operated laundry in the building. Non-smoking building and no pets. This affordable apartment is well suited for young professionals and young families. Off-street surface lot available for $75/month. Monthly rent is $1,875. Applicants need to have good credit and a verifiable income. No broker fee since this is a transfer. Unit will be professionally cleaned before the transfer.
