I have lived here 19 years now!! So, that alone tells you I must really like it. The amenities are awesome, 2 great pools, top of the line fitness center, awesome clubhouse with beautiful computers and printer, all available 24 hours! And the current staff is the Very Best we have Ever had here!!!

Awesome place to live. Staff is wonderful, neighbors are wonderful and apartment is wonderful. I would definitely tell others to come to our community.

The staff and maintenance are great! Very friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and very peaceful. Love that they are dog friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in this community.

I was very pleased with the move in special. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious. I am so happy to call these apartments my home for the next few upcoming years.

We have been residents here for 4 years now. We did renew our lease. Since we are retired, we are happy with our 1 bedroom downstairs apartment. Our neighbors all around us have been courteous and respectful of after hours music and noise. It's been our retirement dream to live in Southern Nevada. We are close to every necessity we need; markets, drug stores, doctors, automotive, government offices, also being close to the freeway. Even though these are older apartments without Tesla EV stations or pet washes, we are pleased at the prompt maintenance service when a service request is sent. They have been very attentive and dependable. Thank you 80 on Gibson for another year 2025.

The office and maintenance teams are very helpful quick and efficient. If I have a maintenance issue it’s handled quickly. Great location and it’s quiet. I like my neighbors too!

The leasing agents did a great job working with us despite constant changing plans. We are very grateful for their hard work and attentiveness!

I love living at 80 On Gibson. It is so peaceful here. The property is well maintained, and the office staff and maintenance staff are outstanding. Problems are resolved quickly with the maintenance team. I love my home here

We are very happy with our apartment, the process was easy and fast. we love that everything is close, the green areas are nice the park is perfect for families with children, my children are happy, the place is very quiet and clean I recommend it a lot.

Move in was smooth and good. The staff in the office are nice. Some stuff in the unit needs repair or fixed up but it’s been good so far here

So far the stay has been good. Love the great communication with the office staff. A few issues with the unit that need to be fixed but I think they will be fixed up soon hopefully

First time living in an apartment and I am very happy it is at 80 on Gibson! My unit is large and luxurious! I really like how there are food trucks almost every evening and in the summer, the staff drives around their own ice-cream truck in the community giving out ice-cream! On Earth Day, the residents could go to the Leasing Office and receive a free plant! I am very happy with 80 on Gibson! Luxury living!

Very quiet and calm, great location in my opinion. Management and maintenance staff are very helpful and accommodating and really nice! Definitely love living here.

Best experience I have ever had! This is my first apartment! Having access to the pool and spa 24/7 is a win win! Also gym 24/7 is a perk to have.

Lots of security issues and poor communication with front office. Not the happiest with this apartment complex. They say they are working on things, but not seeing any changes.

Apartments are nice. Walls are very thin though you can hear your neighbors talking. Maintenance is fast, they have luxor which is nice but some deliveries still end up on your door

Nosiy neighbors. Music playing with bass all throughout the day. Waking me up out my sleep when the music comes on at midnight is a problem. It used to be quiet which is why I liked living here.

I’ve had no major issues in the almost 4 years that I’ve been here. It’s pretty quiet considering we are near the interstate, though it may be due to my location in the complex. I like that it’s pet friendly (have 2 cats). The apartment has everything I needed when I moved to NV. Maintenance tends to respond quickly, nice guys.

Good place to live, pool, gym and play area is entertaining for both parents and kids. Theater room inside leasing office clean and spacious.

I have lived here over 18 years now, so I must really like it. And yes I do! The amenities are awesome, 2 pools, an amazing fitness center, and 4 free computers with internet in the 24 hours open clubhouse. And finally of the 18 years I have lived here, the current staff is the BEST by far!

80 on Gibson management is very accommodating and very helpful specially for us, first time renters. The community is clean and very organized. Amenities are very nice.

Renewed my lease for another year. Great staff, great community of people, rent is very fair for how nice/ spacious my apartment is and the amount of amenities! Also the location is amazing, literally anything you can imagine is 10 mins away or less. Glad I stumbled upon this place when hopping around the valley trying to find my niche.

I love it. It was a little rocky at first, but that had nothing to do with the complex and management. But all of that cleared up and it’s been nothing but positive experience.

I've Been Here Now 14 months It's been Quiet Around My Apartment Building Maintence Been Good, The Front Office Been On Top For Ever thing The Two Dislike are Rent Due Only On The 1st And My Rent Went Up 100$ after 1 Year Which Is A lot

The staff are friendly, everything went as fine as possible. The apartment itself is in great condition and I really have no complaints at all. Trust me, in Vegas you could do MUCH worse than this location. All in all 5 stars.

Neighbors car was broken into twice. This place is old, dirty, smells, and everything is broken. Upon move in the floor was so dirty it stained my feet and socks, and the entire place smelled so bad it required two ozone treatments. In the year and a half that I have been here I have had more maintenance requests than my entire renting history. Microwave falling off the wall, broken sink, broken fan, terrible plumbing in general, broken AC on THREE separate occasions. An unknown leak from upstairs flooded the kitchen and then management didn't react for two days. They have a bunch of additional fees so whatever the advertised rent is add another hundred and that is not including your utilities. DO NOT ignore the negative reviews. I thought as you probably are now that it is just a couple dramatic reviews and I have regretted it since.

I like living here because the condominium is organized, the services are very efficient and fast. The common areas are clean and easy to access. The gym is clean and has new equipment. The neighborhood is friendly and the location is great.

Close to the freeway, relatively safe, pretty quiet, friendly staff. Pool is closed alot but they are supposed to be replacing the pump soon. 7.5/10

We love it here at 80 on gibson this is our home. We plan on staying here for a very very long time, with no plans on moving. We call 80 on gibson our home.

Needed maintanence to do a repair and they came very quickly and fixed the problem. I could not beleive how fast they replied to the request that we submitted.

The hidden/additional monthly fees are what makes this place cringe worthy... Other than that, its mostly okay. Issues, most of the time issues are fixed by maintenance by doing it 2 or 3 times to get it correct...

Just moved here a week ago and no complaints so far! Management is great and have good communication. I love my apartment and this amazing community ??

The complex is beautiful. It is well maintained, staff are professional. Units are large and neighbors are respectful. Real time updates are provided whenever something happens. Staff are always doing fun things for the residents in the community, such as inviting food trucks, passing out plants on earth day and ice cream on hot days.

The location of the apartments is great. It is conveniently located near interstates and anything you could want as far as shopping, restaurants and entertainment is within close proximity . The 4 star rating is due to the age of the units unless you were offered a renovated apartment, and the noise you hear from other apartments if you are in a lower unit can be loud in the evening. I imagine the sound can rise too. Would recommend to others.
