The open-concept kitchen and living area are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, featuring modern appliances, high-end cookware, a comfortable sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area offers seating for four. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking, including a Nespresso coffee maker. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. Luxury linens and premium Malin & Goetz bath products are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee. A queen bed can be added in the living room alcove at no extra cost. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Note that the building gym is exclusive for residents only, and guests will not have access. Chelsea is a vibrant neighborhood composed of townhouses, low-rise apartment buildings, luxury high-rises, and trendy attractions like the High Line, an elevated park built atop former railroad tracks. The area boasts over 200 art galleries, Chelsea Market with upscale food purveyors, restaurants, and shops. Though no longer quite the LGBT bastion it once was, Chelsea is still home to many gay bars. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces with ergonomic chairs, making it ideal for remote work.
