My husband and I moved in a couple months ago to this property, for us the decision to move to 800 Capri has been an opportunity to continue with our plan to improve our quality of life especially due to the pandemic. We feel safe and happy enjoying a brand new apartment with smart appliances, and a beautiful location like is Coral Gables, all this have helped us to appreciate how important is to seek our well-being where we are spending more time like a family. The community and neighbors have managed to be the icing on the cake, living here has been amazing and we're excited for all the memories that we are going to make. We highly recommend it.

800 Capri is a hidden gem in Coral Gables. My son and I moved into the building in January 2020 and we have been in love the apartment and the community every since. The property management team made us feel very welcome. This is a newly renovated property and the details are spectacular, even my family and friends were blown away by the high end finishings and appliances. Not only is the apartment gorgeous, but the location is perfect. We are within walking distance of a grocery store, CVS pharmacy, salon, barbershop, restaurants, and if you're up for a nice walk we are 1 miles for Coral Gables Country Club Liberty Cafe which has the best pizza and homemade gelato. The other tenants are also very friendly and respectful. Finding a great looking apartment is one thing, but we also have the best property management that I have ever worked with. I have been in hospitality for 11 years and have even worked in property management, and I have never experienced such a thoughtful, helpful, and communicative team. If there is ever an inconvenience, they communicate well in advance and sometimes compensate for the inconvenience which is not always the case with other properties. I think this team is TOP-NOTCH and provide excellent customer service. The property also has security nightly at the property which is great for a single woman living with a child. Not that we have had any issues, but more so peace of mind. If you are looking to move to coral gables or just another property in Coral Gables, you definitely need to move to 800 Capri.
800 Capri is truly a hidden gem in Coral Gables. My son and I moved into our newly renovated apartment in the beginning of January and we have been in love with this place ever since. The apartment is gorgeous with brand new and high tech appliances. The detail and the luxurious features of the apartment had my family and friends blown away and a bit jealous. The location is more than I could have asked for. We are within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, barbershop, restaurants, and even Coral Gables Country Club. The neighborhood in peaceful and great for outdoor activities like walking, running, bike riding, etc. which is great for both adults and kids. We are also a 5 minute drive from Miracle Mile. The property management is very responsive and great with communication. They are the most thoughtful people I have ever met in terms of property management. I have worked in hospitality for 11 years and the property management team is top notch when it comes to customer service and hospitality. If you choose to live here, you will not regret it. The community is very friendly and it has great location. Close to great schools, entertainment, always has cultural activities happening near by, and great shopping options around. The apartments are perfect in size and promote a safe environment. The location provides easy access to public transportation, shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's a great place for young adults focused on career building and social recreation. Very safe surroundings. Staff is very friendly and maintain the common areas very clean. In general it is a beautiful complex with a great community, people are very friendly.

I love living here because the people are friendly, responsive, and flexible. Any request has been completed promptly. Neighbors are also friendly. The noise level is very minimal. It is also in a great location & close to the grocery store. Lastly, the apartments are so nice.
800 Capri is a gem!! I could go on and on about how much I enjoy living here; I have no complaints whatsoever! The units have all been completely remodeled so everything is brand new and looks very modern and the impact windows block out all noise. All my visitors comment on how spacious and airy the apartment is and there's always parking. It's in a great location being walking distance to Sedanos, a short drive to miracle mile, and especially during these times where you can't go out many places it's in a beautiful neighborhood to go for a walk and get fresh air. Not to mention they have the best management team. I don't think you can find a better apartment especially at their price.
One of the best apartments I've ever lived in. We moved into a newly renovated apartment in early 2020, and aside from some simple projects they needed to finish up in the first week, we haven't had any issues with our unit or the property. The staff has been kind and the residents are considerate. After looking at numerous apartments, I haven't seen a better apartment for this price. Water and 1GB internet are included in the rent and our average FPL bill is around $70. There's only one parking space per unit, so if you have two cars then you have to park on the property street (which is quickly getting very competitive). All-in-all, it's a great apartment and I'm happy to call this home.

I’ve been living at 800 Capri for 8 months and I can’t say anything negative about this community. It is beautiful and well kept. The apartment design is stunning and they try their best to maintain. the green areas and the best part is the LOCATION!!!!! You are close to everything in the heart of coral gables I just love it!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it means a lot to have people that care about our living experience. From Rocio in the office all the way to the maintenance and security team!
