About This Property

Pristine spacious top floor condo with mountain view. Easy walk to grocery store, museums, galleries, restaurants, schools, gym and pool. Carpeted. Enclosed deck. Generous storage space. Smallish bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Living room/dining good sized. All appliances are new. Sorry no pets! Wonderful community. $250 of the deposit is not refundable because it buys the paperwork to get registered with the condo community. There are a few rules including no smoking on premises and applying a natural drain cleaner once a week at the same time as your “stack” neighbors (the 2 apartments below). One covered carport included with guest parking available for short-term. Snow shoveling, garbage collection included. Depending on how hot you like the apartment, electric heat will run from $150-$250/month and is not included in rent.
