The property is handicap accessible, has a community center, onsite laundry, off street parking, 24 hour maintenance, and lawn services are provided. Rent is based on each individuals income and rental assistance is provided to qualified applicants. Each resident is allowed one pet; 20 lbs or less. Security deposits are $350.00 and extra $150 with a pet. We require every potential resident to pass a background check, safety of our residents is a huge priority here.
