Urban Center Irving is a small commercial district offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Lake Carolyn rest in the middle of the area, anchoring the neighborhood. Urban Center has a variety of lakeside eateries, retail stores, and apartments offering gorgeous views.

The office team, including Becki, Bo, and Emiah, are true rockstars - always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any concerns. The amenities and location are fantastic, making it a truly enjoyable place to live. Highly recommended!

If you love the smell of weed, you’ll love it here. ‘Smoke free’ complex is an absolute joke. Also, it’s 4/5/23, the fire alarm starting going off at 7am and hasn’t stopped. It’s now 7:45am. That’s a lovely trend, as well.

Just moved in and so far it’s been up and down. I would give more stars, but I think the sound insulation could be much better. I am on the top floor and can feel the vibrations when surrounding apartments slam a door or cabinet. It’s very hard if you work from home. I can even hear the neighbors next me slam their door and the vibrations from them living their life. The migraines are non-stop due to noise. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to survive the full term of my lease, but I will update my review if anything changes. It feels like an earthquake 24/7. My apartment will smell like weed occasionally from the next door neighbor, but I think that’s based on personal preference whether or not it will bother you. I enjoy the electric parking stations and moving in was seamless. Ryan and Dylan helped a lot, but ultimately I’m not sure my issues with the noise can be fixed which is a bummer. It’s unbearable. I had high hopes for this place, but a few weeks in I’ve been left disappointed. If you have noise sensitivity and enjoy sleep at night this may not be the place for you. Edit: Potential tenants should know that the leasing office cannot do anything without smelling it themselves although the smells and noises happen AFTER business hours. Luckily I was able to call the courtesy officer and he verified the noise and spoke with my neighbor. Unfortunately the officer said he can’t do anything about the weed smell and it’s up to the LEASING office to deal with. Your car will get broken into.

This is not an apartment complex, this is a dog kennel. There is dog poop and pee constantly in the hallways, and dogs are left on balconies to bark day and night. Do not live here!

Our maintenance team does their best to clean up after pets where they can and we rely on our residents to do their part in picking up pet waste for their pet. I have really enjoyed my new apartment at 801 Lasco. It's in a very safe area and has easy access to the DART system. Phoebe was AMAZING with the whole move-in process and was very caring to helping out on getting settled in the new apartment.

Ever since I moved into my apartment, I have been very pleased with both the management and maintenance staff. Management has changed hands three times since I moved in and each group serves me well. I have no complaints.

We lived in this community for 25 months and at the beginning everything was perfect, the staff was caring and helpful but we signed the contract everything changed! They have a haughty personality, they look down on you when you go to the leasing office to ask for anything. Once I went to the leasing office to get a package that the courier had left in there and they spoke to me in very bad ways as if I was bothering them...and they told me that it was not there, 30 minutes later they called me to tell me that they had found it and they didn't even apologize for their bad manners. That was not the worst...we put a huge deposit when we sign the contract, and for our surprise, when the leave the apartment, (the apartment was left in good/normal conditions after 25 months living there) and they kept the 25% of our deposit to change the carpet because the carpet was “dirty”. I can assure you that the carpet was not abnormally dirty, just normal after living there for 25 months. After reviewing the contract, we have not breached any clause of it, and even so they do not want to return our money. If you do not want to be robbed and not taken care of as a tenant, I recommend that you do not live in this community.

Came to view 2 bdrm options and was ignored upon walking into the leasing office. All that was said was they’d close at 430 and there’s other people waiting. Not even a hello. Horrible first impression.
Lived in LasCo since the beginning with the previous management and they are an amazing company. But in March of this year new management came in and the nightmare began. Safetywent down the drains, the quality of tenants changed dramatically. People smoking marijuana in the elevators, the rooftop terrace as well as around the pool, hallways and garage. I informed the office and even provided some pictures of how things are left after. Nothing was done! I was accosted, threaten and my car mess with. All I got is that "they can't control people". Also, construction is horrendous, you can hear absolutely everything that your neighbors do while in the bathroom and bedroom. Had a leak from the roof which previous management tried to fixed. It resurfaced again in late April and we notified management who sent someone out and he told me the only thing he could do is seal some of the parts but he wasn't sure if that was going to work. Until the week of moving out I had buckets to collect water as I wasn't sure if it had been fixed 100%. The smell of mold was already starting to come through the ceiling. And a bunch more issues. Bottom line, expensive place for what you get!!! All of the old tenants are leaving as fast as they can out of that place. I can't in good faith give this management company more than 1 Star. They've got a lot more to learn inThe lease up business.
