This mid-century modern stunner is perfect for your stay in Chattanooga! This home sleeps eight in its three bedrooms with room for four more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the spacious backyard with a grill and a picnic table to savor the cool mountain air. Conveniently located, it's just 5 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo, a 5-minute drive to Overlook Park, and 10 minutes to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium, and endless shopping. You'll enter the home through the front door with a code provided at check-in. The open concept main living space greets you upon entry, with the living room featuring two sleeper sofas on your right and the fully equipped kitchen on your left. Just past the kitchen is the dining room with an accent wall and mid-century modern vibes. Down the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are two full beds in the third bedroom. A shared full bathroom is in the hallway. The laundry room is at the back of the house, with a half bath next to the washer and dryer and access to the backyard, which includes a grill and picnic table. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This transitioning neighborhood is family-friendly and has never had any security issues or concerns. However, we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. If you decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy. Guests will need to pull their cars completely out of the side alleyway into the designated gravel spots behind the house. The alleyway is in use even though it is gravel. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for full and private access. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if needed. A ring security system and digital door lock provide remote entry and a sense of privacy and security. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
