Property Ratings at 806 Short Hills Terrace
Wonderful place to work and live by amazing restaurants and shopping. Education and safety is amazing. Nice people and relaxing. Gym is also very good.
Very comfortable and quite place , great location! Walking distance to train station, elementary school and supermarket. 5 minutes drive to Short Hills mall.
Where to start. There is an active rat infestation, thefts and the landlord is greedy. Increased rent 30% in the last few years. You can hear your neighbors taking. Super rude management. Avoid at all cost.
It is a good experience and the community is nice. However, I wish there was more parking spaces available so we are not driving around searching for spots to park.
Since we have moved in it has been very pleasant and the complex is well maintained. The kids love having friends around and being able to walk to stores and restaurants by themselves.
Wonderfull experience staying here in short terrace for the past 1 year and 6 months. People, community, maintenence and leading office agents are super helpful and very responsible to all the queries and concerns in the apartment
Very nice place to live and work. Good neighbors and stores nearby. Good climate with four seasons. Excellent schools and safe to park and walk around.
This is a nice and quiet living place. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Short Hills Train station, Glenwood elementary school, and kings supermarket.
A great community, very well managed, and close to everything that you need - schools, medical facilities, groceries, NJ transit train station and more.
Good place and apartments to stay. The neighbors are not very friendly most of the times and the parking is very expensive. It is in a favorable spot
Great experience. I love the staff and my neighbors. Great ammeneties. Great commute to work and restaurants. I have been here for 4 years and love it
The experience of living here is like home away from home. Cozy, comfortable and warm. We are new to USA and this place has made us feel like being in home. Residents are good. Leasing office is prompt.
Super happy after moving in here a few weeks back. Lovely community, with a great community office department. Our transition to the community has been super smooth.
When you renew the lease, they will increase the rent significantly. Parking is free for one car and second car parking will be charged. Parking lots are hard to find if you come home late. Washer $ 2.5 and dryer $ 2.5 each for one-time use.
Awesome people and community to live. I thoroughly enjoying the stay for last year and half and looking forward for another year of awesome experience.
Amazing place to live by excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, great libraries and parks, and good coffee shops and restaurants. One of the best parts of New Jersey and the United States.
The laundry machines need upgrade. The clothes are not being washed and cleaned correctly. The rest is ok, we have a nice walking space and great for kids.
Our kids get friends here, they play together often. This is awesome. Close to elementary school, it is good. Gorge is great technician, he can repair everything.
Very attentive and friendly staff. Nice pool to cool down in the summer. Vegetable garden for weekly greens. Very convenient location for trains and Glenwood elementary.
Quiet, convenient, and comfortable. It feels like home, at the end of the days that more than what money can buy. Friendly office, just wish there were more friendly tenants.
Wonderful place to live and work out of the apartment- great helpful maintenance staff and office workers and neighbors. Good schools nearby with nice restaurants and shopping.
Awesome community to live. Amazing leasing members who are always approachable and provide timely response to queries and concerns. I recommend this place to others who are planning to move to Short Hills/Millburn township
Courtyard is beautiful and well-maintained. I love that they have such a giant community garden and allow tenants to join in the harvest. Apartments are a little outdated. At least mine was.
Very nice place near kings and panera by Walgreens and benihana restaurant- walking distance to salons and banks and more - good for children and families near safe schools
My experience so far with short hills is awesome. The leasing agents, maintenance staffs are copperative and they fix all reported issues on time and with quality
Terrible upkeep, garbage keeps the laundry room and entire building smelling terrible, washer and dryer are often out of order, moldy smelling common areas, entire complex has issues with rodent infestation, there’s an abundance of flies in the summer in the laundry room due to the garbage and open dumpster outside; the faucet and bath water are often times discolored and smells bad when 1st turned on, the only good thing about this place is the location; besides that, it is nowhere worth the price offered; it is not what is presented to be.

Property Manager at 806 Short Hills Terrace, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for all of the kind words, and for rating us 5 stars! Please be sure to let us know if you were to need anything going forward. Thanks again!
In comparison with other apartment complexes in the area it is competitive except for the rent and annual rental increases which are much greater. The rental manager is unfriendly and maintenance can at times be very slow. Parking is very tight with most residents with 2 vehicles including an SUV. Its location being close to schools, rail transportation, supermarkets, etc might make up somewhat for its negatives.
