Walking distance to ISU's quad (5min) and across the street from McDonald's, 707 Liquors, and many restaurants including Chipotle and Potbelly's. 3 great female roommates, the offered room is the largest with a walk-in closet, full size bed, desk with chair, and two dressers, with private bathroom all wheelchair accessible. Parking included in covered garage with an additional visitor parking pass as well. All utilities included (wireless internet, cable, water, electric). Apartment also has a nice covered balcony in addition to a fully furnished living room with a Plasma Screen TV and fully updated kitchen with dishwasher. The photos provided are of a traditional Edge 4 bedroom apartment. The bathroom photo however, is larger than the photo provided as my bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The square footage is unknown, disregard that entry above. The apartment community hosts many events free to all residents including puppy therapy nights, free massages, and many events including free meals. There is a 24-hour computer lab with free printing as long as the resident provides paper, and also a lounge area with billiards, vending machines, and reclining chairs to watch the plasma screen. There is also a 24-hour workout room with many different machines and free weights. The apartment community is fully pet friendly, but does cost extra to have a pet. The unit is available TODAY (January 19th, 2016) and the lease is through May 17th, 2016. The rent you will pay is February, March, and April. Therefore the remaining days of January as well as the month of May will be free to you. Please contact me if you would like to see this apartment!
