We call this The Villa at Summer Green because you enter this private end condo through your own elegant gate at the front door. This fully furnished two-bedroom, two bath second floor end unit is in the up-scale, meticulously cared-for Summer Green community. The layout features an open, split floor plan with two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath. Each bedroom has large walk-in closets. Since it is an end unit, each bedroom has windows on two walls instead of just one providing much more natural light than most. The main living area features numerous windows, beautiful wood flooring with tile in the kitchen and carpet in each of the bedrooms. The large living room/dining room has elegant French doors that open on to an enclosed tiled lanai (this lanai is unique because it not only has a screen but sliding glass doors so you can enjoy it in any weather). The kitchen has an updated ceiling with elegant back-lighting and crown molding and is easily navigated with a pass thru to accommodate the dining area (that we also use as a breakfast counter with bar stools). It also features a filtration system for drinking water. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a tank-less water heater for efficient, yet endless hot water. The Villa is beautifully furnished, the kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you would need (dishes, cookware, silverware, etc.) , and the condo has a dedicated one car garage. There is a 50" TV that sits on an electric fireplace that can be used just for ambiance, or heat. Summer Green offers Mediterranean style architecture in a park like setting with: numerous ponds, 2 heated swimming pools - each with a clubhouse, bathrooms, grill, and a bar (perfect for entertaining!), a newly re-surfaced tennis (and pickleball) courts, community recreation room with fitness equipment, walking trails, and it is also a short walk to the Capri Isles Golf Club (a public Golf Club with a great clubhouse/restaurant/bar- no membership required). Historic downtown Venice with shopping, restaurants, outdoor concerts, and beautiful Venice Beach are just a short drive (or bike ride) away. 2 bicycles are included.
