Metro is not the place to live they hike the prices go up every year but the complex has yet to make any upgrades to the apartments in 3 years .

Metro 808 is a great place to live. Amenities & courtyards are beautiful. There are many cool restaurants & dive bars within walking distance. And FRIENDLY neighbor. I only have a few cons that I think could have been experienced in any apartment community such as lost packages, noise levels from other apartments & intermittent bugs BUT the team has been responsive to resolving . Overall, Im glad I chose here to make home.

Do not live here. There are a ton of other places that are much nicer in this area. If you want to waste your money, be surrounded by bugs and the smells of garbage, and be treated poorly by management..then this is your place!

The leasing agents are not office when their hours are listed. For multiple sundays in a row, the office has been closed all day, despite the hours remaining 1 - 5. Additionally, after 4:30 it will be tough for you to find a leasing agent in the office to help you. Emails from the leasing office are passive aggressive , despite their own inability to communicate effectively with residents. Emails to the leasing office will go unanswered for months until the resident finally decides to email the leasing agent multiple days in a row. The gates around the property are constantly in disrepair as well.

I feel living here is a great experience, theres always room for improvement, but that is any place. The hardwood floors are great they would be even better if they were lighter wood, and maybe on the upper levels have some built-in carpet to muffle the noise from upstairs.The staff and management are reachable and easy to speak with.

Love this community.
It is an ok place to live. I think there are things that could be better.
For a building that was constructed in 2011 it's falling into serious disrepair. There are holes in the hallway floors, the carpets are filthy, the walls have holes and the solution seems to be Spackle and that's it, the fitness center has equipment that has been broken since the day I moved in, there is a rather serious roach problem and the garage is a challenge not only to get in and out, but to park. Management turnover is crazy. I've lived here about a year and half and the management team has turned over twice. As noted, the location is great but there are newer and better apartments within blocks for the same monthly rent.

We've lived at Metro808 for about 18 months. We love the apartment and the maintenance staff are fabulous. The biggest negative is there is dog poop everywhere. Yesterday, I bagged 23 piles of poop on just one side of the building; which I do so my dog does not get sick; I've had multiple conversations with the management office and have been told "we're doing everything we can," and 24 hours later, the bags are still there. I recognize it's not the building's responsibility to clean up after dogs, but if residents don't, the building needs to figure out how to identify them and fine them or otherwise deal with the issue. It's disgusting not to mention a pet health/safety issue and God-forbid you end up tracking anything indoors when you're out at night.

We had two locked bikes stolen in the gated garage in less than two years there and the management could care less. They neither answer the phone nor respond to voice/emails. Would highly recommend staying away from this place as there are plenty of other options in the area!

Metro 808 has fantastic facilities, and really helpful staff. Never had any issues with billing, and repairs get done fast. Parking garage is pretty tight, but that's a minor concern.
